Where does the time go? All the games have been played and the rookie Kris 'USC Smack' Kollenda has finish as top bowler with 416 pts (79% of Total Available Points) and a 69% winning percentage. Congratulations on your great selections. We will look forward to your promise to show up at next years Rocky Bowl party.
Here are the remainder of the prize winning finishers:
2nd Place: Barbara 'Bling' Mason, 405 Pts (77%), and a top 75% winning percentage.
3rd Place: Rick 'Barmaster' Mason, 404 Pts (76%), and a top 75 % winning percentage.
Tied for 4th: 'Big Blue' Guthrie' and Don 'Better Late than Never' O'Conner, 403 Pts (75%), and a 72% winning percentage.
And last but not least, the winner of the coveted Rocky Bowl Toilet Seat, Jim 'Almost Never Late' Clarahan, 179 Pts (34%) and a 47% winning percentage. Remember, this award needs to be displayed proudly in your home or work office.

Down to the Last Game
Rockybowlers
I have had lots of positives regarding watching more of less, that is more football of less importance. This has always been the purpose of the Rockybowl and never the money since I have never been one to receive any. But we must get to the less important details and that is who will be receiving money from the Rockybowl commissioners.
Kris "USC Smuck" He believes it should be Smack but that may come next year when he does not take the winning position and the take home of $500.00. If that money was mine he might receive his request to be a Smack but now he is just a Smuck who has won the Rockybowl even before the last game. Nice job for a rookie, now two years in a row a rookie has won.
But there is quite a difference and lots of folks trying for 2nd thru 5th place and even the toilet bowl. Here is the run down.
If Ohio State should win: 2nd Mark Lytle, 3rd Big Blue 4th Witchman 5th Mom Mason toilet bowl will be another rookie Juan and if LSU wins 2nd Mom Mason 3rd Dad Mason 4th Big blue and Better late then never will tie and split the pot of 4th and 5th and the toilet bowl will go to Clarahan a veteran from the first Rockybowl.
I want to thank Jim Stafford a great friend for all of his work on the score sheet and the blog as the Rockybowl would not be as enjoyable with all all of those hours. As for the Rockybowlers who used the blog we appreciated your in put and for those who did not, we will see if you get a invite next year. So here is your last chance to let us know your reading the blog. Slams are best, insults are invited or just saying hi is ok, but silence is not.

Possible Wins
Well, the two front runners on the possible win sheet are rookies to the Rockybowl. This is not a new situation as we have had rookies lead up to the last game then be eased out by a Rockybowl vetern. However for the first time a rookie last year won the entire pool which was a first.
As these two rookies are holding silent it is obvious they understand why the old cow (veteran) told the young cow (rookie) that he would not run down the hill and make love to the heffer as the young cow suggests, but would walk and in the end the old cow would make love to them all.
Ok rookies watch yourselves as Big Blue may of had a slow start but like Michigan this year finishes great. I think he might be thinking about screwing us all.

Hawaii Disappoints
For those of you paying attention, yes I have posted the RBS Scoresheet update for game #21 at the end of the 3rd Quarter of the Sugar Bowl as Hawaii trails 38 -3. I have put this one in the books. I guess the SEC showed the WAC what Oklahoma couldn't last year ... How real football is played?

"USC Smuck" enjoys Rose Bowl Win and Rocky Bowl Lead
Kris "USC Smuck" Kollanda watched his Trojans dismantle and crush the Illini today and extend hi s lead to 42 over "Wrong Way", 48 over "Big Blue" and "Off Target", and 50 over "Bar Master". But, don't count your coin too soon, Mark "No Nickname" Lytle holds a slim 2 Point Possible lead.
The readers picked "Coach" Goodman as their favorite to win the Toilet Bowl. He didn't disappoint as he extended his lead with his meager 227 Points Possible number.
There are still so many scenarios to get to the final top 5 and the bottom 1, so keep rooting and keep posted on the Rocky Bowl Blog.

OK Sooner Nira 'Sis' Smith wins Bobbie Breeze
Underworked Ericksen wore the yellow jersey for the whole party and won all 3 of game picks tonight. But, in the end he conceded the award to Nira 'Sis' Smith who selected the same winners with more points on the same games. Nice try Scott, maybe next year you won't choke on your point selections and know the point leader at the end of the night wins, not the leader at the beginning of the night.
For the first time in the awards history, the Bobbie Breeze award went to a non-Rocky Bowl party attendee. A vote was taken and it was determined that the award can be given to Rocky's sister. The post game presentation was done over the cell phone network. Another first ... The Rocky Bowl leads the nation in it's use of technology to manage it's contest ;)

Rockybowl Party Menu Announced ...
Rockybowl partiers,
Well the chef has pondered for 364 days before coming up with even a greater menu then last year. Prior to dinner his first course he will prepare tender, juicy barbecue wings from an enchanted species of bird along with scrumptious seafood spreads imported from waters never heard of before.
By the time the salad is prepared you will wonder what other wonders you have missed in your life, as you will taste the most delicious Caesar salad ever created, lightly touched with a dressing unknown to the western world. The toasted crumbles of breading will highlight the imported seeds releasing the taste that you will marvel about. Now on to the meat of the evening, so delicate, tender and succulent I will not even try to describe these different types but you will never again in your life experience the taste, which will be matched by the garden items to accompany this entrée.
So much to imagine I sincerely hope you’re able to participate in this feast.
